​Blackberry, Bacon & Burrata Sandwich

This is a fabulous sandwich recipe that our friend (and Saucy Mama Teammate) Lisa at Good Grief Cook sent our way. It features our new Scotch Bonnet & Blackberry Wing Sauce, which we just love. You can really use any fruit in season for this recipe, but Lisa's picture above features a "plucot" - an apricot/plum hybrid. 

Blackberry, Bacon & Burrata Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons blackberry jam
2 tablespoons Taste Domination Scotch Bonnet & Blackberry Wing Sauce
1 roll, buttered and toasted
fresh blackberries or other seasonal fruit
¼ cup fresh baby arugula
3 slices thick cut bacon, cooked
1-ounce burrata cheese (1/2 of a 2 ounce ball)
1 ripe stone fruit, like apricot, nectarine or fresh strawberries, sliced 

Directions:

Mix jam and wing sauce. Spread toasted sides of roll with jam mixture. Top with single layer blackberries. Layer with arugula, bacon, burrata, strawberries. Cover with roll top. Makes 1 sandwich.
