Jalapeno Cheese Sauce


¼ C margarine
¼ C flour
¾ C Willamette Valley Jalapeno Y Vino Mustard Or Haus Barhyte Jalapeno Gold Mustard
½ t salt
2 C 1 % Milk
¼ C dry sherry
3 C shredded medium or sharp cheddar cheese
½ C sharp cheese spread
1 t Worcestershire sauce 


Heat butter over low heat until melted. Blend in flour, mustard, salt and a dash of pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly, remove from heat. Stir in milk and sherry. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute while stirring. Blend in cheese while over low heat. Once melted stir in Worcestershire sauce.
