Saucy Mama Chipotle Mustard
Attention all tailgaters! Have we got the perfect recipe for you: Kim's Chipotle Meatballs. These little guys are super easy to whip up before a game, plus you can keep them in a crock pot to stay warm all afternoon! And they're real crowd pleasers. Grab your saucy goods, and make a batch this weekend!
Saucy Chipotle Meatballs
2 pounds fully cooked meatballs
14 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup Suzie’s Organic Ketchup
1 tablespoon Saucy Mama Chipotle Mustard
2 tablespoons Saucy Mama Spicy Garlic Wing Sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground chipotle powder
Stove top cooking options: thaw meatballs according to the package if frozen. In a large skillet, add the remaining ingredients and heat until the sauce is smooth. Add in the meatballs and bring to a simmer, reduce the heat and cover to warm the meatballs through.
If the sauce seems thick you can add a small amount of water.
Slow cooker option: place frozen meatballs into a slow cooker, add in ¼ cup of water. Make the sauce as described above. Once it is smooth, pour it over the meatballs, and heat on low for 6 hours.
