After receiving a jar of this fine mustard as a gift, we have found that not only is this a wonderful condiment for hamsteak, but also for one of our summer favorites: salmon burgers. Well worth the trouble of tracking it down to order some more on line!

We were gifted our first jar by dinner guests. Now we are nearly addicted, love it on sausage and hot dogs (of course), and also mild sandwiches such as avocado and cheese, turkey breast.
